RS Recruitment is assisting an organisation in the CORPORATE TRAINING industry to recruit a SALES CO-ORDINATOR/ADMINISTRATOR to support the Sales Manager/Owner. This position is based at their offices in WESTVILLE.

OUR CLIENT HAS BEEN PROVIDING RELEVANT AND VALUALBE SKILLS TRAINING AND SUPPORT FOR BUSINESS OWERS IN KZN FOR THE PAST 30 YEARS.

Purpose of the Role:

To generate sales through direct customer contacts and by delivering exceptional customer service and administration.

Applicants should be/have the following:

A minimum of 2 to 5 years working experience.
Outstanding organising and time management skills.
Excellent telephone etiquette.
First-rate listening, written and verbal communication skills.
Logical.
Initiative.
Able to multi-task.
Creativity.
A good sense of humour :-D
An outgoing, assertive personality.
At least intermediate MS Office skills (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
Sales & or administration certificate or diploma, an advantage.

Responsibilities:

Sales support.
Customer liaison.
Office Administration.
Asset management & supervision.
Be prepared to assist in other areas of the business as and when required.

Remuneration:

Approximately R8 000 to 10 000tctc, depending on qualifications and experience.
