Sales Administrator

Duties include:

Response to customer enquiries,
Taking customers orders and payments
Booking despatch
Checking orders and productivity
Mailshots and marketing campaigns
The successful applicant will:
Have basic ICT skills- Microsoft Office, etc
Be organised and self-disciplined.
Be Responsible and Honest.
Be able to work in small groups.
Have good communication skills.
Be able to deals quickly and efficiently with enquiries via phone, post or email.
Have a professional approach- be able to project confidence and knowledge of company products (after training).
Keep customers informed about progress.
Plan to avoid or effectively deal with delays or complications (and know when to seek help if necessary).
Manage customer information accurately and assure that all systems are updated accordingly.
Develop and enforce new systems, procedures or working practices to improve the efficiency of customer service.
Represent the company at customer meetings and support the business development team.
Be prepared to occasionally work extra hours to meet customer or business requirements.
Undertake additional duties when required.
A very good standard of English is required

A remuneration package of R 10 000.00 is on offer.
