Sales Agent (Persuader), Web Design Services

Reports to: Chief Executive Office
Overall purpose of the position:
As a Web Design Services Persuader you will be required to identify cold canvas and engage with potential users that have a requirement for the Softhost Web services on offer. A strong consultative approach will be required whilst ensuring that the product meets the potential client's requirements from both a product and reporting point of view. A particular emphasis on after sales service will also ensure upsell and an ongoing relationship providing the client with use full data justifying the purchase of the service. Meeting clients and persuading to use Softhost services

Key requirements:
• telesales experience, preferably in an outbound scenario.
• A strong understanding of
o Cold Canvassing
o Closing sales
o targeting, tracking and measuring
o motivating
o A strong consultative approach (matching needs with requirements)
• Managing and reporting on individual targets
• Ability to manage the sales process through strong pipe line skills

• Experience in:
o ICT industry with sound knowledge of ISP services
o account management
o customer retention
o Pipe line reporting
o Achieving sales targets

• Increasing sales by:
o signing new customers
o up-selling & cross-selling to existing customers
o managing existing customers
o retaining customers
o Strategic planning monthly/quarterly

Working hours:
The usual working hours this role needs to cover are Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm. This can be worked either from 8am – 5pm or from 9am to 6pm but this will be by agreement with the Department Manager and is subject to change depending on the work requirements and need of the department. This may also change if your job role changes and the new role require an amendment of your working hours.
