MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Grade 12 qualification
• IMM Marketing and or BCOM sales/stats and or marketing degree or diploma
• 2 years’ experience within customer marketing environment , preferable from a sales marketing and or customer marketing back ground

JOB SUMMARY:
• Analyse trends quarterly for forecasting purposes
• Coordinate with Marketing and Product teams to build, update and maintain effective sales collateral, develop case studies, formalize proposals and other sales materials
• Communicate sales needs back to business leaders and product team; be the voice of the marketplace internally
• Assist in pricing analysis to ensure products relative to one another and in combination are priced correctly
• Evaluate trends and performance measured against sales quotas
• Provide recommendations and suggestions and provide thorough, succinct data to support suggestions
• Capture and document business and reporting requirements from multiple sources
• Ability to coordinate and manage simultaneous data analysis requests of varying size and scope
• Ensure promotional execution measurements for speed to market measured on Extranet, execution of promotion and feedback to Key Account Management and Sales team
• Coordinate quarterly global sales action planning and reporting through
• Coordinate sales action planning for new product launches and report on results
• Work closely with internal teams to strategically drive company-wide goals and improve operational sales process
• Generate ad hoc reporting for Sales, Marketing, Finance, Business Development and Product Strategy
• Analysis of data such as internal sales data, Data Sources (Nielsen’s, Synovate), Extranet, executrac, etc
• Interpreting data results and ensuring corrective action in areas of concern
• Develop and design an amalgamated Annual Business Execution Plan with the Marketing Department on various Brands
• Develop and design an amalgamated Strategy with the Key Accounts for flawless execution
• Review brand plans on a quarterly basis with Key Accounts Managers, Brand and Sales and give feedback
• Monthly meeting or communication sessions between Brand managers and Sales Division
• Ensure quarterly report on stock movement and cost reduction per square metres
• Ensure the set up and schedule the meetings for quarterly cycle brief with aligned attendance of Marketing, Key Accounts Management and Merchandising Company and report on Competitor price which will include deep cut deals from opposition
• Ensure monthly Price surveys are conducted ad report on all POP expenditures on a monthly basis on Executrac performance

COMPETENCIES:
• Sound financial acumen

• Advance computer package skills, eg Microsoft, Excel, integrated systems,
• Ability to formulate and draw conclusions with regards to trends through analyses
• Strong communicator who is able to liaise and co- ordinate between the sales function ,agents and depots using telephonic and electronic communications tools
• Strong Interpersonal skills and ability to motivate and lead team to achieve objectives established
• Demonstrated ability to interact and communicate to all levels of sales personnel in the region
• Ability to transfer skills either on a one-to-one or in a classroom environment
Ensure representative execution for forward share, Merchandising Objectives, POS execution through maintaining the Executrac data
