A new position - Sales and Client Relationship Manager is currently available (Constantia)

Responsibilities include:

1. Sale administration: processing sales enquiries that come in from the online store or telephonically
2. Ownership and management of all existing client relationships: ensuring a good client experience from enquiry through to delivery and after sales service
3. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers
4. Client database management ensuring that it is kept up to date and relevant by staying in tune to market changes
5. Attending supplier and client functions and trade shows within Cape Town area representing the brand and networking

This is an office bound job. All communication with clients is done electronically and telephonically. On occasion the role may require site visits.

Requirements...

1. Highly presentable personally and telephonically - able to conduct well with high Nett worth clients
2. Excellent IT skills with complete MS office suite experience
3. Excellent organizational ability
4. Excellent attention to detail
5. A flair for interior design
