We are a successfully owned family business who has been running for 21 years. We have partnered up with a few well known reputable brands such as ABSA Bank; Woolworths; MasterCard etc. We are expanding International towards the end of the year’ so we are looking for someone in our Leadership Development Branch who we can teach and train in terms of our products; systems etcetera who then could go on to train and lead a sales marketing team. Experience will be an advantage, but full training will be provided.
Responsibilites:
- Develop relationships with customers
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts
- Increase customer base by effectively prospecting for new leads
- Identify and implement ways to generate sales
What we are looking for:
- Must be fluent in comprehension, reading and writing of the English Language. Other languages are of benefit

- Experience in sales is an advantage

- Good communication and customer service skills

- Determination to reach goals and create business opportunities

- Strong result oriented mindset

- Excellent time management and personal organizational skills

- Ability to work under pressure and has an organized approach to work

- Ability to work individually and as part of a team

- Willingness to learn and keen to work.
