Sales & Marketing Officer (Legal Services)
We are urgently recruiting for a passionate and dynamic individual to join our clients team and drive their sales and business development efforts forward. Our Client is a budding law firm known for their excellent culture. Within their Sales Team they are currently looking to fill a Sales and Marketing officer vacancy for Legal Services

Key responsibilities will also include:
• Investigation of clients’ specific needs and organisational requirements
• In-depth understanding and knowledge legal products and ability to communicate appropriately to the client (training will be provided)
• Establishing of networks to develop new business contacts
• Preparing proposals and presentation of legal services products to clients
• Research and submission of tenders
• Creation of reports, proposals and tenders
• Ensure 100% data integrity and submission of sales information
• Attend to additional admin, office management, general support duties

Desired Skills & Experience
The successful candidate must have a good track record in a similar sales role, preferably within a Legal Services environment.
• At least 3 years sales experience
• Appropriate tertiary qualification – degree / diploma in Marketing, Sales or similar, OR a law related qualification
• Additional Sales / Business Development training is a strong advantage
• Proven ability to canvass, develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of business
• Ability to learn, understand and sell commercial legal products to corporate clients
• Computer literacy: Word, Excel, Power-point, MS Project
• Strong communications skills.
• Dynamic and decisive, highly collaborative, with ability to work within a high pressured environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Solid business acumen

o Location: Successful incumbent will primarily be based in Midrand
