Our client, an FMCG Manufacturing company seek a suitably qualified Sales and Marketing Assistant at their Head Office in Southern Paarl.
The position will report to the Sales and Marketing Manager and Sales and Marketing Coordinator, with a focus on daily order checking, data capturing and liaising with customers.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
• Assisting with local order management and liaising with the logistics and technical teams
• Arranging pick up of empty drums at customer premises
• Sending documents to customers
• Arranging and tracking of product samples sent to customers
• Capturing of data and keeping reports up to date

REQUIREMENTS
• At least 3 years’ experience in a sales and marketing or assistant role
• Experience with logistics i.e. local transport, freight forwarding and courier services
• Experience in dealing with international customers
• Top organizational skills
• Good Excel Skills (at least intermediate)
• Good Email skills and etiquette
• Good English speaking and writing skills
• Team Player
• Being able to prioritize
• Initiative & great problem-solving skills
• Self-manageable and the ability to work alone

SALARY:
R12 000 - R15 000 (negotiable depending on experience)
