My client is Medical Device company who seeks to employ a Sales and Marketing Assistant

Minimum Requirements:

2 Years previous experience in Sales and Marketing within the Medical Industry (A must)
Computer Literate
Good communication skills in both English and Afrikaans
Grade 12

Role:

Marketing Assistance to all Managers

• Ensuring required brochures are in stock and advising when re-order is needed;
• Monitoring and control of all APL submissions to Discovery – except clinical input and final price agreement;
• Monitoring and control of all Hospital Group product registrations;
• Assisting with congress planning, workshops.
• Assisting travel coordinator with travel admin;
• Assisting with sponsorship admin and preparing letters to customers;
• Responsible for marketing brochures and material orders
• Assisting with arrangements for training session, i.e.: catering arrangements, room set-up, etc.

Sales Support: to All Managers:

• Ensure that daily /3 x weekly sales figures vs targets are distributed to Sales Representative and Managers;
• Monitoring that Sales Representative weekly and monthly reports are submitted timeously
• Assist in follow-ups on quotes;
• Coordinating leave schedules;
• Preparing Back Order reports;
• Preparing slow-moving consignment reports;
• Managing customer queries and ensuring customer queries are forwarded to the correct person to address customer enquiries.
