The role of the position will include (Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Leadership and Business Management) Candidates must have the confidence and ambition to develop skills in coaching others.

Role and Responsibilities

Responsible for exceeding expectations and promotion of products.
Manage and build a Sales and Marketing Team.
Show innovation, continuous motivation and performance management.
Good communication skills and a love for people and energetic environment.
Coach and support the team via continuous interaction.
Lead and deliver successful team meetings focussed on relevant business and regional needs

Skills and Knowledge Requirements:
Be extremely organized, be willing to acquire new skills and have an interest in leadership.
Confident to delegate and coach and must have impeccable communication skills.
Matric and SA ID non-negotiable
Other experience preferred; market access role, sales training, marketing, knowledge of managed care and sales operations.
Ability to create and direct a sales team.
Demonstrated history of effective interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal skills, good presentation skills, an effective evaluator of performance, and analytical ability.
