Requirements:
Sales or Marketing Degree or equivalent
BSC Marketing Management or Business Management / IMM Diploma
8 - 10 years’ experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry within Marketing and Sales
Computer skills-MS Office Packages
Good Product Knowledge of Antiretroviral
Responsibilities:
Increase overall market share in antiretroviral market
Manage sales and promotional expenses
Formulate and implement all marketing plans
Effective management of product launches
Create brand awareness campaign and build strong Brand Image
Management, maintenance and expansion of KOL`s and Stake holders.
Manage, coach and develop sales team
Analyse market environment and identify market opportunities
Set annual and monthly advertising budgets
Identify, plans and develops new product priorities in conjunction with the CEO
Issue new product proposals including projected market penetration and forecast to the CEO
Monitor new product development to ensure timely launch through liaison with Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Production and Technical Services
Monthly Sales and Marketing analysis in order to assess past and future campaigns
