Looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager for hotel. Position will start as 3 month contract with review. Interviews will be conducted in Polokwane.

Must have Grade 12
Minimum 5 years working experience within a marketing management position in the hospitality industry required
Formal Marketing Degree/Diploma
Computer Literate – Graphic Design, Social Media
Must have own transport

Responsible for the managing and delivering of the day to day marketing activity for the Hotel in line with the agreed Marketing Strategy, to support the delivery of Hotel revenue targets
Responsible for the management of growth of the Hotel database and the targeted use of the database
Contribute to the creative process from creative brief to delivery of all hotel communications, and websites
To manage and coordinate the Hotel Communications Plan to ensure that all communications are targeted at the right audience and delivered on time
Responsible for tracking campaign success to enable us to understand the return on investment of each activity and aid future promotion plan through effective reporting
Work closely with the design team to deliver innovative and creative marketing material
Management of design team in relation to the hotel business
Ensure that the best possible rates are achieved through suppliers when ordering marketing material and other services
Responsible for the production of a monthly marketing report for the hotel detailing key achievements, activity undertaken and future key initiatives
Work closely with the marketing team to share knowledge, best practice and experiences
Support in the management of press events, and responsible for the management of marketing expos such as Wedding Expo etc.
