The main purpose of this position is to manage Sales/ Rentals and all Sales and Rental activities.

Minimum Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Marketing/ Marketing Management/ Business Management or related fields
5-10 years experience with proven track record in sales and marketing management

Responsibilities:
Management of team with continuous training to enable them to reach set targets
Drafting of marketing material
Drafting and implementation of marketing strategy
Analysis and interpretation of leads and sales Statistics
Selling and renting out of units to achieve own targets
Product development
Feasibilities
Optimising processes, marketing and systems
New development identification
Payments, budgets and ROI
Market research
Estate management: Rentals

Salary:
R 30 000 - R 50 000 gross per month - negotiable on experience and qualification

Work days and:
11 days on and 3 days off
