You will be responsible for the promotion of a financial product, learning how the business operates and understanding the company. You will also be responsible to coach and develop your own sales and marketing team and will have the opportunity to run your own franchise under our company umbrella. You will work your way up to trainer, team leader and finally owner. The process takes 12 to 18 months and we are very deliberate about who we bring into our professional environment.

Personal attributes and skills:
• Demonstrated experience in, or ability to develop, drive and implement a supporter engagement plan.
• High-level verbal and written communication skills across various formats
• Experience in proactively identifying and driving individuals and a team
• Drive to achieve highest possible impact
• Sound knowledge of sales, marketing and customer relations is an advantage
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a matrix structure - demonstrating initiative, flexibility and willingness to collaborate
