The Business Development Representative is responsible for creating and maintaining contacts within the insurance community and outside sources. They will be responsible for following and adding to the marketing plan. All marketing will be planned to maximize achievement of the marketing goals.

Duties / Daily Responsibilities:
• Promote product on behalf of the company
• Uphold the company image and represent the values and principles
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects clients
• Keep daily records of performance and data capture
• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times
• Implementation of marketing programs
• Prepare action plan for the next week
• Attend industry/networking/community events
• Weekly meetings to address current on-going work, marketing goals and sales strategies
• Assist with setup and attend industry trade shows and other events
• Assist with promotion and setup, for training sessions.
