A dynamic and energetic Call Centre in Pinetown (Durban) is looking for young; well-spoken; target driven and self-motivated people to work in their energetic Call Centre; where you will be selling our Financial services and products to people. We offer free training. No experience is needed; as we have a Franchise Development Programme in place to groom you into the right position within our work environment.

Required education:
• High school or equivalent thereof
• South African ID/Work Permit

Duties and responsibilities

• Conducting sales calls and promotion of financial products; along with explaining the various benefits of our products and services that is available
• Develop long lasting relationships
• Adhere to company and regulatory policies
• Speaking to customers on a daily basis
• Selling products to maximise income
• Providing a high level of customer service at all times
• Working towards weekly/monthly performance targets
• Teaching and training prospect candidates and managing a team of salesmen
• You will be required to cold call and generate leads
• Completing all relevant paperwork and reports; as well as being able to attract suitable referrals
