A mobile-first technology impact business headquartered in Cape Town is looking to hire an experienced Sales & Retention Manager.
The organization specialises in the development of a suite of integrated platforms which empower frontline workers and inform decision-makers using appropriate technology. The platforms are used in over 40 countries to support initiatives in the academic, development, health, education, retail and agricultural sectors.
Purpose of the position:
Lead customer acquisition and revenue growth as well as continuously providing excellent customer service to existing clients to ensure long term customer satisfaction and retention. This is an EXCO level position.

Requirements:
• B2B Saas Sales experience preferred
• Extensive Software Sales and Account Management experience
• Experience managing a sales team
• Completed Tertiary qualification with a solid academic record
• Drivers license and own car
• Valid passport
• Willingness to travel routinely local and international
