The store we are looking for Sales Assistants for is a high end fashion retail store and to this end you must have experience in luxury sales and have a good grasp of tailoring and suiting basics.

As a Sales Assistant you will:

Greet customers that enter the store

Give assistance to each customer based on their requirements

Engage customers in conversation, asking open ended questions that lead to sales generation

Ensure the sales floor is always well stocked according to guidelines

Adhere to company policies and procedures

Be given training on product knowledge to ensure you are able to sell the product effectively

Work with the team to achieve maximum sales and to reach or exceed the monthly sales targets

Work effectively within the team to ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction

Provide excellent customer service

Use a Point of Sale (till) system to process sales and accept payment via cash or credit card

Use a credit card machine "Speedpoint", to process credit card sales
