Role

The multi-tasker will closely with the Sales Director and handle office tasks, provide polite and
professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, make reservations or travel arrangements,
and generally being a helpful and positive person in the workplace. The candidate will also work
closely with other team members to provide outstanding service to customers by answering
questions, handling complaints, and troubleshooting.

DUTIES

? Helping prepare for meetings and managing Director’s diary.
? Accurately recording minutes from meetings.
? Making travel arrangements for the Director.
? Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records
database.
? Provide general administrative support to the sales team.
? Understanding company product and brand.
? Creating and interpreting a variety of reports.
? Organizing market research.
? Analysing questionnaires and other forms of feedback.
? Collaborating with the Director, internal teams, clients and partners on driving sales and
customer satisfaction.
? Answering or making calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints,
or other issues with products or services.
? Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and
ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
? Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing
angry clients, as needed.
? Building lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on
trust and reliability.

? Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company
and position.
? Adhering to all company policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATION:

? Qualification in Administration and/or Sales
? More education may be preferred.
? Effective written and verbal communication skills.
? A high level of attention to detail.
? Good organization skills.
? Teachable as candidate will undergo training routinely.
? Computer literacy.
? Fluency in multiple languages
