Damelin Correspondence College is looking for a Branch Manager to lead, manage and drive the performance of their Pretoria branch.

KPA's:
To implement the relevant strategies for that particlar branch.
Drive performance of sales staff to achieve the set monthly tartgets/budget.
Train, mentor, motivate and develop staff
Ensure the branch has adequate number of staff and that recruitment and appointments occur timeously.
Reporting

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Matric
4-6 years experience in a sales environement which must also include Supervisory/management experience
Good management and leadership skills
Excellent communication skills
Must be able to motivate and train staff
Proactive and target driven
Computer literate, CRM is an advantage
Understanding of the distance learning environment will be an advantage
