SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE – EKE211
Based: Randburg
Salary R20-30 000, 00 (including Car & Cell allowance ;) + petrol card + commission

The Position:
To lead the business development and sales initiatives in South & Southern Africa

Requirements:
• Degree in Law or Financial (with the experience below)
• 3- 5 years proven experience in a sales & business development role
• Structured and process orientated
• Strong impact and influence skills
• Entrepreneurial
• Understanding of contractual contract and agreements
• Willing to travel local, into Africa and aboard when needed
• Willing to be groomed to a Manager to run with the branch in the next 2 to 3 years.
• Matured and able to communicate on Directors level

And or

• Any other Degree or Diploma (with the experience below)
• 5 years plus proven experience in a sales & business development role
• Structured and process orientated
• Strong impact and influence skills
• Entrepreneurial
• Understanding of contractual contract and agreements
• Willing to travel local, into Africa and aboard when needed
• Willing to be groomed to a Manager to run with the branch in the next 2 to 3 years.

Major Accountabilities:
• To ensure Customer Relationship Management for all accounts
• Generate new business opportunities and follow up on lead to grow the business
• Building and maintaining relationships
• Present the value proposition to clients. Support with the creation of pitches and tenders to potential clients.
• Meeting or exceeding sales quota. Manage the sales pipe line
• Weekly/ monthly reports, monitor portfolio performance, track trends within the industry
