Requirements:

Knowledge of and experience in sales contact centre performance metrics and reporting.
At least 5 – 8 years’ work experience
6 years proven experience managing a team towards sales target- essential
Experience managing medium sized call center (+-100 seats).
Experience managing Sales Team Leaders- essential
Utitilies/ Energy or financial service sales experience highly advantageous for Energy
Shifts between 00:00 and 12:00pm

Salary market related plus commission
