Educational Requirements:
• A minimum Grade 12 or NQF equivalent.
• Diploma or Equivalent in Sales and Marketing will be beneficial
• Computer literate
• Valid code 8 Drivers License

Work Experience and Core Competency Requirements:

• 5 years’ experience in a Technical Service position in the Cleaning Chemical Industry
• Training experience as well as knowledge and experience of technical systems, equipment, food processing and poultry plants for the Chemical Industry will be beneficial
• Excellent communication skills including rapport building
• Goal orientated self-motivated with a positive go getter attitude
• Strong display of initiative, sales ability and persuasiveness, and customer centric
• Creative, excellent presentation skills and the ability to influence others, with above average personal relationship skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Professional proficiency, well presented, vibrant, with high emotional drive and energy

Duties: (Summarised)
? Sales, service and marketing responsibilities include: call on existing clients, according to the Divisional Performance System, in order to ensure continuous servicing and expansion of new business within the current customer base; ensure the achievement of sales targets by focusing on the expansion of new product lines and new business development; achieve at minimum set sales targets as agreed upon including New Business Development Targets; drafting and presenting of quotations and proposals; continuous evaluation of customer to identify needs, recommending and implementing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction; and maintaining of Equipment at Customers` premises as well as
report faults and repairs on Hygiene checks
• Product knowledge and skills development by ensuring personal growth and development by continuous self-analysis and attending enrichment programs
• Administration by reporting on sales activities, submission of daily, weekly and monthly reports and proposals; submission of customer documentation as required and regular written communication to all growers and respective management
