Location: Bellville, Cape Town
Salary: Negotiable basic plus commission

About the Role:
Opportunity available for 2 Africa Safari Consultants:
1 x East Africa Safari Expert
1 x Southern Africa Safari Expert

Requirements:
Matric
Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Travel / Tourism advantageous
5+ years’ experience in Tourism Industry specifically in selling African experiences and safaris (in a B2C space)
Sound destination knowledge of at least two African destinations: South Africa, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda and Uganda
Tourplan knowledge an advantage
Excellent customer service skills and ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication and time management skills
High level of integrity, accountability and emotional intelligence
Extremely strong sales person with proven track record on sales, conversion rates, etc.
Energetic, motivated and willing to take on challenges

Duties:
Tailor-make African safaris and holidays, providing expert consultation and a great customer service experience
Build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers
Exhibit excellent product knowledge
Achieve team and individual SLA and Targets
