Job specification
Overall purpose of the job:
• Enhance, extend and retain the Company’s/Division’s business through – representing the company to existing clients - and to achieve pre-determined sales & retention targets

Duties / Responsibilities:
• New & existing clients – business development
• Use own initiative to obtain appointments with customers
• Client visits – with decision-makers
• Customer Review
• Involve & follow up on sales process – up to decision point
• Conduct all necessary surveys
• Obtain repeated business (contract sales)
• Complete necessary documentation accurately and submit timeously
• Tracking all KPI’s and other planning and reporting tools

Qualifications / Experience / Skills:
• Matric + relevant qualifications
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• Valid driver’s licence
• Minimum 2 years exp. proven track record - in Sales field (Service Industry – Hygiene)
• Above average communication skills (written/verbal/non-verbal)
• Well-presented and articulate
• Numeric acumen
• Selling skills / persuasiveness / interpersonal
• Confident & Independent
• Money Motivated & Highly Competitive
• Restless and needing to be constantly active
• Very bubbly/ high energy levels
• Self-discipline/ Self-managed

Salary: R10k to R15 500 Basic + 4% to 16% Commission (uncapped) + Company Car, Fuel Card, Medical aid, Retirement Fund, Laptop & 3G card, Cell phone
