Matric/equivalent

Experience:
Business to business sales

Job Purpose:
Enhance, extend and retain the Company’s business through representing the company

Job Description:
Locate potential business through calls to new or existing customers and leads

Key responsibilities:
Sales targets
Tertiary education advantageous
Sales in Similar or Service industry (Digital print, graphics, other print industries)
Solution selling experience
Customer care
Networking
Cold calling
Key Account Management to existing and new clients and to achieve pre-determined targets.
Grow the company’s market share through new business development from staff members
Present proposals describing benefits of using our services and present pricing structure.
Endeavour to gain the client’s acceptance and obtain authorization on order.
Achievement or improvement of retention & amp; growth of existing client base within territory.
Maintain complete records of all activities regarding customer, creating a relevant and historic data base.
Develop product range by increasing client portfolio. (upsell)
Make every effort to encourage our existing client base to retain our services by building and maintaining professional client relationships
Adherence to Company and divisional standards in terms of hours of work, minimum performance standards, reporting, completion of relevant documentation, use of company assets and policies et al
Portray professional image in line with Company identity.
Achieve targets through prospecting, tele-canvassing, cold calling, presentation and closing sales
