A well established, registered Medical Scheme is looking for an experienced Business Development Consultant, to start 1st April or sooner.

We are looking for excellent sales people who are driven and hungry for success. As well as a basic salary and benefits we are offering the successful candidate an excellent commission structure.

Minimum requirements:
• Grade 12
• Minimum 18months sales experience within the Insurance Industry.
• 3 years staff management experience.
• Proven sales record a must.
• Experience in the daily running of Sales office.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and disciplines.
• Strong relationship building skills and proven negotiation skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (English and Afrikaans) at Executive level.
• Computer literate (MS Office).
• Own reliable transport & drivers’ licence .
• Must be able to function well under pressure in sales environment.
