My client, a dynamic Real Estate Company, in Diep River is seeking a Sales Consultant (office-based)
Company profile:
We are a young, dynamic and specialized property service looking for:
a young and ambitious ‘go-getter’ with at least 1 year real estate experience to handle property enquiries/leads that come from prospective buyers as a result of enquiring on the numerous properties that we have listed on the open market.
The role involves taking buyer calls and emails and arranging viewings for interested buyers with our dedicated viewing agent, as well as getting Offer To Purchase docs signed by both buyer and seller once both parties are in agreement.
This position is office-based and will involve communication with buyers and sellers over the phone (we have staff out in the field to perform the actual viewings in person with the buyers).
Our sales pitches have been fine-tuned over the years and full training will be provided.
The successful candidate should have the following:
- 1 year experience in Real Estate (NOT NEGOTIABLE)
- You are extremely well spoken, confident, and very persuasive over the phone.
- You have previous experience in Sales (preferably in the real estate industry) and would be skilled in negotiating prices and selling properties to prospective buyers.
- You have great relationship building and people skills and are a likable person in general.
- You have a positive mind-set and have burning desire for continuous personal growth/development as a sales person.
- You should be fluent in English (both written and spoken) and have a professional email etiquette/manner.
- You should be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, Word and the Internet.
- You should be well organised and goal-driven.
Starting salary is R6000 per month plus commission, plus performance bonus’s.
If you are achieving your targets you should be making between R10 000 and R20 000 per month.
If you are achieving highly you could be making far more than this. There is a small upfront commission upon closing a deal, as well as commission due on registration of the property.
