Job Specification

Develop new customer base with a primary focus on UPS sales.

Have at least 5 years’ experience in UPS market.

Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by email, telephone, and personal visits.

Maintain and develop new customers through planned individual account support.

Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.

Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys.

Maintain and report on equipment and software suitability for direct marketing and sales reporting purposes.

Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development.

Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills.

Prepare Tender documents when required.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Support customers on both commercial and technical requirements.

Site visits/ briefings for sales purposes.

Attend customer days held by a professional manner.

Achieve monthly sales and margin targets.

Local travel will be required.

Excellent understanding of the UPS market.

Business processes (sales & operations).
