Job description

Ensure you continually interview, select candidates to market to the industry and deliver to client specifications in order to ensure you make a monthly target and place a certain amount of candidates in the Engineering industry. Pick up client briefs and ensure the market is consistently meeting your candidates which you have selected and screened through your research and selection.
