A minimum Grade 12 or NQF equivalent.
Tertiary qualification in Sales and / or Marketing
Valid code 8 drivers license
Work Experience and Core Competency Requirements:
5 years experience in a Sales role within the Food & Beverage and or FMCG industry
Minimum of 3 years proven success in a New Business Development role
Knowledge of chemical cleaning materials within a food and Beverage Production plant will be an added advantage.
Experienced in situational market analysis (market needs, market trends, market potential and growth, market characteristics and market segments – turning this into NB opportunities)
Exceptional communication Skills and high work standards
Strong negotiating skills and the ability to close deals
Strong display of initiative, sales ability and persuasiveness
Creative, excellent presentation skills and the ability to influence others, with the above average personal relationship skills
Professional proficiency, well presented, vibrant, with high emotional drive and energy
Out of the box thinker, goal orientated, self motivated and positive, with exceptional business acumen
