Job specifications:

• Minimum of 30 Fais credits
• RE 5 (first level regulatory exam for representatives
• Experience in outbound selling of Short Term Insurance Product (household and vehicle insurance)
• Must be able to do cold calling

• Sourcing of leads
• Contacting clients to offer comparative quotations
• Client risk analysis
• Obtain quotations
• Compliance
• Client services
• Client queries

REMUNERATION (All amounts are exl.VAT)

1. Basic salary
THE EMPLOYEE will not be entitled to any guaranteed basic salary and will be paid commission and incentives only.

2. Target incentive
• R15,000 per month pro rata to a net new business target of R30 000

3. Commission
• Calculated on the net new business for any specific month in addition to any other incentive as follows:

R1 to R12 499 35.0% Commission
R12 500 and more 40, 0%Commission
