Our well established company that has been in operation for over 21 years is looking to aggressively expand sales teams. (Either insurance sales or cosmetic & beauty)

We offer a basic salary for security + uncapped commission + benefits. Our company does NOT have any Claw-backs. The only way you can earn just a basic with us is if you don’t come in to work!

New consultants will have to start in our training programme that runs for a minimum of 9 weeks: you need to reach your target to progress to the next week and higher payment structure. (Targets start off at 4 sales per day and ends at 7 per day)

You will have the opportunity to earn between R2500-00 to R8500-00 (or more) per week during training.

Exceptionally high income can be expected when permanent with us. Current consultants (excluding top 20 performers) are averaging around R42 000-00 per month and basic is R5500-00. This is our one of a kind uncapped comm structure at work!

Minimum requirements are NON-NEGOTIABLE

Passed matric and in possession of a valid certificate
Clear of any ITC judgements or blacklisting’s
You may NOT be under debt review
3 to 4 years of solid sales experience
