Candidates will be selling top pre-contacted, prequalified hot leads ONLY.

No cold-calling whatsoever. Our commission structure is uncapped even during training, and stays uncapped.

You are provided with leads every day, and your job is only to convert our leads into a sale.

Targets are very manageable, working hours are excellent, and all salaries are far above market related.

Note that our company does not have claw-backs on commission and we do not wait for you to reach your target before you qualify for your basic or your comm.

Successful candidates will be entered into our training program.

Training runs for a minimum of 9 weeks, each week that you complete successfully will move you to the next week where you receive higher incentives.

Reach 100% of targets and your monthly income will be over R40 000-00 guaranteed.

Complete training and you are made permanent with us where further benefits include:

Please note that this position is for sales professionals who know that they can sell, who are goal driven and who like writing their own pay-check at the end of the month.

This is not an easy position, sales is very hard work, but with us you will be greatly rewarded.

We require the following and these are non-negotiable:

Matric
2 – 4 years sales experience
Clear of ITC, judgements and blacklisting’s
