A company in Northcliff is seeking a Sales Coordinator assistant to join their team.

Minimum Requirements:
• Matric
• Good command of English
• Have strong Admin skills.
• Someone that is meticulous about their work presentation and personal presentation.
• 1 years telephone sales experience
• A strong personality
• Self-Motivation
• Good communication, customer service and relationship-building skills

Company seeks well-groomed and experienced Coordinator to handle full Job Description.
Person must be able to multi-task and think on her feet. Fast paced environment with strong communication skills, driven and organized. Self-motivated, energetic, target driven individuals who is money driven, by working with us in our industry. If you have previous PA Sales experience, if you are a hunter who has successfully chased targets, if you are tired of your current company’s salary caps and claw backs on commission, then this position is for you.

Your primary day to day tasks involve:
1. Chase Leads – She must be able to get appointments of any type of lead, given by Sales, Manager or Director through lead generation. Need to be self Motivator in order to insist on leads for appointments, person must have a good telephone manner to handle customers over the telephone

2. Assisting on Quotes – Generate and type up client Proposal (Type letters, reports, quotations)

3. Getting Deals through – Assist Sales Team with Deal Packs and Pushing for Deal Approvals. Chase and assist service with installation details for sales persons to get commission before the end of the month, which in turn earns you commission.
