My client is a specialist in Medical Waste Management and offers world class facilities based in Delft. They currently require the services of a Sales Coordinator. Whilst the title of this role says “Sales” this is NOT a sales role but rather assisting in the sales department. The IDEAL candidate will have strong customer service experience, coupled with solid Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook). Preference will be given to candidates who have experience with invoicing, preparing quotes for customers and general strong admin skills.
Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Computer literacy – Excel, Word (intermediate) and Outlook
• Excellent telephonic and communication skills
• Attention to Detail/High Degree of Accuracy
• Must be organised
• Must have their own transportation

The main responsibilities of the successful candidate will be:

• Dealing with incoming customer queries and telesales – excellent telephone skills are essential
• Compiling and sending of quotations for services rendered by BCL
• Updating existing BCL customer service contract and agreements
• Typing relevant letters / correspondence relating to customer queries / quotes
• Updating price increases
• Capturing data, stock orders, quotes and preparation of delivery schedules for Key Accounts
• Keeping an efficient filing system for the sales and management department
• Assisting in all general office duties such as answering the incoming calls, typing, filing etc
• Dealing with customer complaints, general enquiries and resolving promptly
• Sending clients contact renewals – following up until renewals signed
• Strong liaison with the BCL logistics and routing co-ordinator on a daily basis including accounts department
• Issuing of annual Environmental Commitment Certificates to existing customers as well as new customers
