Job Description:

A successful and well-known Financial Services organisation within the motor industry, are seeking a Sales Coordinator based in Bruma

Basic Excel skills especially with Formulas (SUM, Average, Data sort, Filters, V Lookups)

The purpose of the position is to provide support to Sales and both existing and potential customers, enhancing the overall effectiveness of account management and goal achievement for the Sales team as a whole.

Contact new Uber drivers to compile appointment documentation and assist in terms of a sign on process
Process and submit the new applications to the Debtors department
Liaise with branches for vehicle availability and arrange for checkout
Handle and resolve Uber driver queries i.e. re-driver profiles and concerns
Take charge of all office and admin-related activities for the team
Provide support to sales team members; reducing/removing the need for the sales account managers to perform unnecessary administrative tasks and ensuring they are well prepared to face the customer
Make and administer reservations as per customer requirements, going the extra mile to successfully meet customer requests for vehicles
Prepare quotes, presentations, proposals, tenders, etc.
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports
Monitor driver behavioral reports
Tracking and reporting mileage and damage management
Managing the risk on the account
Investigating and providing timely feedback on billing errors and accident claim queries
Weekly partial billing
Debtors control on weekly payments on shortfalls
Europcar payments submissions
Invoicing for major customers
Ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive and professional interaction
Ensuring accurate record keeping of all pricing and sales activity reports, including the timely submission thereof
Tracking and reporting unit management for key accounts
Other sales coordination and general administrative duties as required

3-5 years relevant experience
Grade 12 – essential
Computer literate (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) - minimum level of acceptable competency is Intermediate – essential
Driver’s license (Code 8) – preferred
Impress and Era competence – an advantage
Previous exposure to major RFP’s and tenders required for Sales – an advantage
Sales exposure: understanding customer and market dynamics, competition, sales principles and processes - an advantage
Interpersonal skills, ability to build trust-based relationships with colleagues, stakeholders and customers
Excellent communication skills (written and oral, a pleasant and professional telephone voice and manner)
Strong planning, organizational and prioritizing skills
Good analysis, judgment and problem solving skills
Meticulous attention to detail, precision and accuracy in all tasks undertaken
