As machine sales is the hub of the business, this person will be the connection between the sales staff, technical department and the customer. Person will be required to work professionally, and effectively, maintaining a pleasant and team spirited environment

Fast learner who enjoys a challenge and a pressurised working environment.
Proven experience as a strong administrator / client services person.
Able to work without supervision in an efficient, speedy and accurate manner.
Excellent organisational skills.
Excellent MS Office including Excel along with ACCPAC
Microsoft CRM.
Ability to deal with clients at all levels in a professional manner.

Responsibilities:
Provide pricing and delivery information.
Process orders and receive payments from customers.
Raise picking lists and invoice customers.
Quotations.
Internal co-ordination between Equipment and Technical for installation and deliveries.
Bank finance / rental agreements - ensure that all deals are complete, all documentation signed, insurance information and deposit stipulations.
Each customer deal must be filed as a whole with all documentation on completion.
For each sales - payment to be collected as stipulated by the deal and followed through.
Update and generate sales reports for weekly sales meetings.
Resolve customer request, questions and complaints.
Deal with sample requests from customers and sales teams.
Put on non conformances and raise returns, credits / replacements.
Communicate with customers should there be delays or price increases.
Deal with customer complaints, delivery resolutions and achieving of customer satisfaction.
Update CRM
Extremely thorough and accurate capturing of data and make same available to staff in spread sheet form.
Calling customers to collate data and customer information and inform customers of upcoming shows.
Internet savvy in order to search customer information.
Input leads / opportunities in CRM and distribute to appropriate location throughout the business network.
Weekly reporting on CRM information.
