Our Client, based in Worcester, is a top-tier agricultural company that provides agricultural equipment, winery supplies and agricultural chemicals nationally and internationally. Currently they are offering a exciting opportunity to a sales representative / customer relations manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

To support the drive to increase brand equity, sales volumes, market share and corporate reputation.
To provide support to customers through the establishment of good customer relations and by marketing the company products and services to meet customer requirements.
Ensure prompt resolution of queries so that customer service levels can be maximised and the business can achieve sustainable competitiveness and act as the link between customers and depot functions.

REQUIREMENTS:

3 - 5 Years Customer service & Sales experience
Matric certificate (mandatory)
Relevant tertiary qualification or diploma or working towards one (advantageous)
Computer literacy (MS Office)
Fluent in Afrikaans and English
Valid driver’s license
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivator and self-starter
Persuasiveness and selling ability
Strong achievement orientation
