Our client, a B2B marketing agency based in Johannesburg is looking for a Response Specialist to joint their team.

Location: Johannesburg

Salary: Market related

Work experience: 2+ years in Sales and Customer Service

Education: An industry relevant qualification in Sales, Marketing, Communications or Advertising / Matric Certificate, Clear Criminal Record

Requirements:

• An industry relevant qualification in Sales, Marketing, Communications or Advertising
• Alternatively, you have a business Degree or Tertiary Diploma
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working in Call centre/Marketing/Customer service

• Minimum 2 years’ experience working in Call centre/Marketing/Customer service
• An industry relevant qualification in Sales, Marketing, Communications or Advertising
• Understanding of the relevant structures and processes in the agency

Roles and responsibilities:
• Deliver call scripts accurately to potential customers when handling different topic
• Data is continually updated throughout the execution process
• Evaluate campaign performance
• Monitoring of DM packages sent and delivered to prospective clients
• To gain a full understanding of the entire campaign before commencing on calls and executions
• Ensuring that each call is optimised and delivers the right message, in the right way, for the right response
• Being able to multitask between one or more campaigns running concurrently
• To ensure smooth running of all internal activities which ultimately result in delivery to client
• To assist in solving problems, drafting internal and external communications
• Support of all stakeholders
• Supporting Production and Ops on Data collection/projects from inception to completion under their guidance (or in line with the brief)
• You are required to develop an understanding of the full range of services Client offers and be able to work with Centre of Excellence to learn and grow
