A well-established Organisation in Helderberg near Cape Town is seeking a Sales & Customer Services Officer to join their team. Salary is R30 000 + benefits/ month.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience;
• A technical or manufacturing background, knowledge of composite materials or the aircraft industry would be an advantage.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, problem solving/decision making skills and the ability to make timely, effective, fact based decisions;
• Proficient in Microsoft office suite software (e.g. Word, Excel, Pastel, MS project, etc.) as well as internet;
• Strong interpersonal skills, negotiating skills and an outgoing personality;
• Be innovative and adaptable with a high stress tolerance;
• 3+ years sales and customer services experience (with a proven track record of success);
• Strong mathematical skills;
• Be able to set priorities, meet deadlines, and able to accomplish team objectives;
• Be able to work independently;
• Should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements:

• Should have own transport
• Reside in the Helderberg region
• Willing to work overtime and travel extensively when requested

Remuneration:

• Salary is R30 000 + benefits/ month.
