We are looking for a Sales and development Leader to join a very busy, energetic sales team. We are looking for an experienced sales person to help lead and coach a team of hungry, driven Inside Sales Execs. In return they will give you a clear career development path and industry leading training.
As a Sales and development Leader you will be ensuring the team are working to the best of their abilities, supporting the sales manager in the day to day activities and lead by example with your own personal targets, lead generation, cold calls and new business generation. You will help monitor sales, objection handling and much more.
