Experience
• Must have delivered and designed sales training programs within a fast moving consumer goods environment
• Must have worked within the FMCG industry preferably the liquor industry as a Sales Team Leader/Manager and progressed into a training role. With at least 5 years of experience as a sales representative at a high performance level.
• Experience of designing and delivering sales training and coaching material at Sales representative and management level
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with key stakeholders across the business
• Must be a well-organized, highly disciplined and self-motivated professional.
• Must have good negotiation and consultative selling skills.
• Must have strong interpersonal skills.
• Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Must be able to work under pressure, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Must have an excellent command of the English language both verbally and written.
• Must have advanced computer skills (MS word, excel, PowerPoint). Skill for video editing is a benefit.
