The Sales Development Manager role is an opportunity to work within a strategic and creative, yet fast-paced environment that is driving financial innovation.

Responsibilities include:

• Set and meet goals for market share and growth
• Develop and implement appropriate strategies by selecting, segmenting and targeting markets, and promoting products and services to those markets
• Develop and update knowledge of their own products and the products of their competitors
• Speak with other sales and marketing personnel in their company to determine the best methods of promoting products
• Establish customers' needs and explain and demonstrate products to them
• Quote and negotiate prices and credit terms
• Prepare contracts and record orders
• Report to employers on sales and provide feedback about the marketing of new or established products
• Plan and work towards meeting sales targets and budgets

• Ability to manage a complex workload, and deliver high quality work under tight deadlines
• Exceptional organizational skills, a superior work ethic and extreme attention to detail
• Strong analytical, presentation, written and verbal communication skills
