• A candidate who is currently a Sales Director in a small business
• Currently sitting in the leadership team (Management team) in a Sales or Marketing or Commercial leadership role
• Good broad business acumen to enable this
• 10 years Senior Sales Management experience including field sales, Key Account Management and experience in leading managers
• Good relationships with customers at National level
• Experience working internationally is an advantage but not a must have
• Diploma/Bachelor Degree
• FMCG Customer Experience
