Engagement with large FMCG Groups. Define and deliver on Group Sales in support of broader Corporate Strategy. Develop and execute Sales Strategy along following dimensions- VOLUMES:Set/pursue overall market share targets aligned with broader Corporate Strategy. Set/pursue regional and segment specific growth/share targets, to drive GP% accreditation through continuous mix optimization. Maintain/execute longer-term (strategic) nearer term (tactical) Sales Pipeline and act as primary interface on major existing strategic accounts and major new accounts to be "unlocked". PRICES, SLA'S AND REVENUE MANAGEMENT. CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. BRAND/ MARKETING. GOVERNANCE. ORGANISATION/CAPABILITIES. KEY INTERFACES-BOARD, EXECUTIVE TEAM, BROADER GROUP LEADERSHIP TEAM, SALES ORGANISATION, MAJOR CUSTOMERS. Key Competencies: Strategic and execution abilities, proven leadership capabilities, proven written and oral communication and presentation skills. REQUIRE: Experience in all major sales disciplines, quantitative and modelling abilities, proven track record in managing complex systems, excellent negotiating and selling skills. REQUIRED: 4-5 years in Senior Sales roles, and 3 years as Sales Director or equivalent (i.e.-Exco, or reporting directly into Exco) Prefer Multi-National sales experience and B2B sales experience. Require -Undergraduate degree in Business or Marketing. Prefer MBA or other Advanced Degree in Business or Marketing. Confidentiality assured.
