You will be responsible for the following tasks:
Cold Calling and Face to Face client visits
Screening and selecting candidates for interviews as well as delivery of staffing solution service
All sourcing, searching, qualifying of business and applicable candidates
Drafting of marketing material and writing of adverts for commerce based candidates and clients
Understanding of employment and recruitment guidelines, adhereing to company methodology and employment legislation.
Interviewing and reference checking of candidates
