Job Description:

* Selling air-conditioning and refrigeration installations.
* Selling maintenance contracts.
* Quote on projects.
* Submit tenders.
* Generate sales through cold calling, canvassing customers and potential customers.
* Attend site meetings specific to the role.
* Ensure that all work is carried out in the most cost effective manner.
* Ensure that all health and safety procedures are followed.

Requirements:

* Stable previous employment.
* Able to work under pressure.
* Strong sales ability.
* Good negotiating skills.
* Understand project requirements.
* Preference will be given to candidates that have: Contacts with specifiers e.g. architects, consulting engineers, project managers, property b
developers, etc. and; Experience in the air-conditioning and refrigeration industry.
