Educational Requirements:
Matric

Experience Requirements:
Must have at least 5 years’ in Sales of product (spices & seasonings) range to various customers within industrial food production / manufacturing sector (Non Negotiable)
Must have excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans
Must be well spoken & presented
Must be attentive to detail
Must be proficient in Microsoft office
Must have own transport and valid driver license

Responsibilities:
Sales of product (spices & seasonings) range to various customers within industrial food production / manufacturing sector
Focus on new business development & product channels – food / snack manufacturing - industrial
To be able to advise customers on suitable spice applications /complements / enhancers to their products (some experience in R & D within industry)
Present to customers
To build & maintain customer relationships
Customer management – implement business plan, product development and forecasting
Analyse customer business, including customer profile
Formulate effective action plans and call cycles
Sales operations – achieve targets, communicate trade activity, product management
Perform trade visits where necessary
Manage customer order activity, credits and rebates
Monitor & Communicate competitor activity, market intelligence, pricing surveys and new market trends
Conduct customer business reviews on a quarterly basis
Achieving targets, managing forecasts & pipelines
General Admin

Additional:
Basic per month (Negotiable to be discussed) + Commission
Candidates need to have a clear CRIM and ITC
