Salary: Basic of R5 500 + uncapped commission

Requirements:
• Matric / Grade 12
• 1 year of direct sales experience
• Telephonic sales experience
• Experience in telecommunications highly advantageous
• Self-motivated
• Target Driven
• Team Player

Additionally:
• Paid in-house training by passionate, knowledgeable Trainers
• On-going coaching, training and mentoring by Training staff and Quality Assurance personnel, on a daily basis
• No cold-calling, Pre-contacted and pre-qualified leads, given to you by the company
• No claw-backs on commissions
• Reimbursement of Gautrain costs during your training period, up to R70 per day

Incredible working hours:
08:30 to 16:30 Monday to Thursday
08:30 to 15:30 on Fridays
7:30 to 15:00 on Fridays after 4 weeks (1 month)
7:30 to 14:30 Monday to Thursday after 4 weeks (1 month)
